Jenna Tiedje is the mom of
three children under the age of 7,
Payton, Gavin and Simon. Her
family moved from Minnesota to
Florida almost five years ago. Her

Volunteer of the Month
Kelly Williams, is our first
Volunteer of the Month. Kelly is a
graduating senior this year. She
has a 4.6 GPA and will be
attending college in the fall.

Kelly has played varsity basketball
for four years, and is the captain of
her team. She has also coached
younger girls' basketball teams.
Artistic as well as athletic, Kelly is
the president of her school's
chorus.

Our Volunteer of the Month has a
long history of volunteerism. She
has engaged in all sorts of
charitable work, from raising
money for diabetes research to
working at school carnivals. For
One Beautiful World, Kelly has
as young as two and three years old have learned their continents,
oceans and states, during her lively and fact filled performances
around Broward County, many of which have been done for One
Beautiful World.
She has several CDs of educational music, and wrote and performed a
song called "Wash Your Hands," which she donated to OBW. It is her
voice you hear in OBW's "Wash Your Hands" video.

Thank you, Miss Linda, for sharing your talent with us.
Jenna's mom has been recycling since Jenna was a teen, and
"thanks to her I have always wanted to be able to give back to my
community."

Jenna is the originator and Project Manager of the OBW monthly
Beach Cleanup. The program allows her to combine her love of the
beach, her ecological bent, and her desire to serve her community.
Jenna also brings her family to the OBW monthly nursing home
visits, where she and her beautiful family are an enormous hit with
the residents.

As if she is not busy enough with her babies and her responsibilities
at OBW, Jenna also volunteers at Woman In Distress twice a week.

Jenna is an outstanding role model for her children, and an
inspiration to all busy parents.

Thank you, Jenna!
participated in the monthly nursing home visit and beach cleanup. She
is our Volunteer of the Month, however, for her involvement in the
weekly music program for children. She has taught the children about
everything from musical notation to great composers. Her warmth and
youth appeal to the children, who adore her.

Kelly's dedication and reliability is noteworthy: Kelly's eighteenth
birthday fell on a Wednesday, yet Kelly she was at the library after
school on that day to present Beethoven to the music class!

Thank you, Kelly.
